Return Policy

At Garuda Publishers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.

• All tags, labels, original packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other documents must be returned along with the product.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully by Garuda Publishers, we will initiate the refund process immediately.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or the chosen refund option.

• Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider and usually take 7–10 working days.

• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• For service-based payments, there will be NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION once the payment has been processed.

• Please ensure you review all service details carefully before making the payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

• However, returns remain possible after delivery, as per our Return Policy.

• For major cities & serviced locations: Delivery within 3–4 business days after shipping.

• For remote or non-serviceable areas: Delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on the location and courier partner.

• Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances:

• Occasionally, there might be delays due to unavoidable factors like logistics challenges, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen restrictions.

• Garuda Publishers is not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Order Cancellations by Garuda Publishers:

Garuda Publishers reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability or stock issues

• Unusually long delivery timelines

• Shipment becoming physically untraceable
